Love. Our chef, Antonio Rivera, loves sharing his delicious Mexican cuisine with the community that our team deeply loves, Stamford.  "For these three remain:  faith, hope and love.  But the greatest of these is love." (1 Corinthians 13:13)

Redemption. Antonio and Randi Rivera previously ran Viva Mexico, a well-reviewed restaurant in Stamford.  Don Tonio represents the fulfillment of a dream of redemption, returning to what the Riveras most love to do.  And, in those intervening years, God stepped in to carry our team through and draw us closer to Himself.  "For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins." (Colossians 1:13,14)

Grace.  Ultimately, our story finds its foundation in grace, God's unmerited gift of lovingkindness, from which we find our identity.  Because of grace, we are able to live out the purposes for which we were created:  in our case, loving our city and serving people great food. "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.  For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." (Ephesians 2:8-10)

Romans 8:28.  "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."
